Bolivia's challenges
Paper by Center for Economic and Policy Research which looks at Bolivia's various external
vulnerabilities that might prevent it from carrying out its mandate and concludes that the new government is in a relatively good position to choose policies that go against the Washington Consensus but would accelerate growth and provide the economic basis for improved living standards.
