Privatisation of Bolivian electricity: impacts on household consumption

A report by Bolivian thinktank CEDLA and Global Policy Network which says that whilst the process of privatization of electricity in Bolivia led to improved technical capacity and corporate financing, it also marginalized electrical coverage for certain social groups and led to a significant rise in energy prices.
